Public Service Transformation Awards

The Public Sector Transformation (PST) Awards are given out to recognize public officers and public agencies for their dedication to service excellence and organisational practices. By identifying role models who deliver exemplary service, this award encourages quality customer service and aims to improve the standards of service delivery in the Singapore Public Service.

For the year of 2019, Ms Belinda Ang (Property Tax Division - Residential) was awarded the Exemplary Service Excellence Award and Service 4.0 Team received the Service Delivery Excellence Award.

Service 4.0 team has demonstrated citizen-centricity, service innovativeness and a total organisational approach to service delivery, leading to improved service outcomes. A holistic approach was adopted to redefine individual taxpayers’ experience through service design and digitalisation. This led to transformative taxpayer-centred service delivery covering both our online and offline interactions with them.
