Submit Employment Income Records

There are various ways for employers to submit the employment income records to IRAS electronically.

Submit with Payroll Software

IRAS partners with payroll software vendors to facilitate employers' preparation and submission of the employment income information.

Some payroll software is integrated with the AIS Application Programming Interface (API) Service, and this integration allows employers to submit the employment income information to IRAS directly through their payroll software; while others require employers to download and validate their generated file with IRAS' Validation and Submission Application before submission.
