Helpline operating hours:

Due to a corporate event, tax advisory services at the Taxpayer & Business Service Centre (TBSC), via helpline or live chat, will be unavailable for four hours (1pm to 5pm) on Friday, 7 November 2025.

You could still access information and transaction services via the IRAS website and IRAS bot or write to us via myTax Portal. Regular operating hours (8am to 5pm) will resume on Monday, 10 November 2025. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you soon.

  • Mondays to Fridays: 8 am to 5 pm (Avoid peak hours from 11.30am to 2pm)
  • Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays: Closed
  • Eve of Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year: 8am to 1pm
